{"id":22597,"date":"2021-09-03T14:04:59","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T20:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=22597"},"modified":"2021-09-03T14:04:59","modified_gmt":"2021-09-03T20:04:59","slug":"presenta-gerardo-pena-posicionamiento-en-contra-de-ley-de-juicio-politico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/03\/presenta-gerardo-pena-posicionamiento-en-contra-de-ley-de-juicio-politico\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTA GERARDO PE\u00d1A POSICIONAMIENTO EN CONTRA DE LEY DE JUICIO POL\u00cdTICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Al presentar el posicionamiento del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados Federales, el legislador Gerardo Pe\u00f1a Flores dej\u00f3 claro que est\u00e1n en contra de la Ley de Juicio Pol\u00edtico y declaratoria de procedencia, pues ponen en alto riesgo la libertad de actuaci\u00f3n institucional del servicio p\u00fablico que la constituci\u00f3n otorga.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEn la forma y fondo en la que est\u00e1 planteada podemos apreciar claramente que vulnera la soberan\u00eda y competencia de los estados, lastimando el federalismo y a la Rep\u00fablica\u201d, manifest\u00f3 en esta primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Manifest\u00f3 que no se puede, ni debe legislar desde el ideal partidista, la ignorancia supina, las venganzas derivadas de la frustraci\u00f3n por incapacidad y desconocimiento, \u201cEsta propuesta de ley resulta absolutamente contradictoria, atenta gravemente al federalismo y por lo tanto es inconstitucional de facto\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Con absoluta firmeza, el l\u00edder de los diputados federales panistas de Tamaulipas, resalt\u00f3 que esta Iniciativa promovida desde la izquierda, busca silenciar a las voces que disienten de la visi\u00f3n oficial, \u201cAtenta en contra de la autonom\u00eda de las instituciones estales democr\u00e1ticamente electas y debilita la naturaleza misma de su funcionamiento\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pe\u00f1a Flores mencion\u00f3\u00a0 en este tema de juicio pol\u00edtico, desde el p\u00e1rrafo segundo del art\u00edculo Quinto de dicha ley, contiene el dardo envenenado que se pretende votar, \u201cNo aprobemos al vapor lo que a toda luz es una contradicci\u00f3n tan grave que violenta la constituci\u00f3n y legislemos leal y patri\u00f3ticamente mirando en todo por el bien y la prosperidad de la uni\u00f3n\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 en su mensaje.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al presentar el posicionamiento del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados Federales, el legislador Gerardo Pe\u00f1a Flores&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":22598,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-22597","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tamaulipas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
