{"id":22585,"date":"2021-09-03T08:01:23","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T14:01:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=22585"},"modified":"2021-09-03T08:01:23","modified_gmt":"2021-09-03T14:01:23","slug":"impulsa-mon-maron-importante-reforma-penal-sobre-robo-a-cuentahabientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/03\/impulsa-mon-maron-importante-reforma-penal-sobre-robo-a-cuentahabientes\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPULSA MON MARON IMPORTANTE REFORMA PENAL SOBRE ROBO A CUENTAHABIENTES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ante los robos que han afectado a cuentahabientes en donde se han visto involucrados empleados bancarios, el Diputado local por Tampico Mon Mar\u00f3n explic\u00f3 que con la reforma realizada al c\u00f3digo penal presentada al Congreso del Estado se podr\u00e1n castigarse hasta con 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEs una medida de prevenir este delito y tenerlo contemplado en la Ley, ha sido frecuente en otros estados como Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Jalisco, Guerrero y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, ante ello, a pesar de que en Tamaulipas es baja la incidencia, se contempl\u00f3 la importancia de incluirlo en la ley penal y de darse el caso puedan ser castigados por cometer un delito de ese tipo\u201d dijo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mon Mar\u00f3n precis\u00f3 que ha tenido conocimiento de varios casos de personas de bajos recursos que con esfuerzo han ahorrado toda su vida, y al acudir a una instituci\u00f3n bancaria a retirar su dinero, han sido v\u00edctimas de este tipo de il\u00edcitos, en donde los autores intelectuales operan cobardemente en el anonimato detr\u00e1s de una ventanilla bancaria o un escritorio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Indic\u00f3 el legislador porte\u00f1o que el delito tendr\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n agravantes, cuando sea cometido al interior de alg\u00fan banco y est\u00e9n involucrados los empleados bancarios, aprovechando la informaci\u00f3n que manejan privilegiada y personal para delinquir y afectar el patrimonio de ciudadanos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finalmente, destac\u00f3 que como legislador de Tampico ha sido aliado del ciudadano, atendiendo las voces de la poblaci\u00f3n , conociendo las diversas problem\u00e1ticas, necesidades y prioridades, para desde el Congreso del Estado\u00a0 impulsar acciones que permitan soluciones , con\u00a0 iniciativas de ley, exhortos y gestor\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante los robos que han afectado a cuentahabientes en donde se han visto involucrados empleados bancarios, el Diputado local por&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":22586,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-22585","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
