*Autorizan Adem\u00e1s Beneficios A Locatarios De Los Mercados Municipales<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

El Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader encabez\u00f3 los trabajos de la cuadrag\u00e9sima cuarta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo en la que S\u00edndicos y Regidores aprobaron por unanimidad, otorgar el 10 por ciento de descuento en el pago del impuesto predial durante el mes de febrero; asimismo se autoriz\u00f3 brindar un importante descuento en el pago de las cuotas en situaci\u00f3n de rezago para los locatarios de los mercados municipales.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El Secretario General del Ayuntamiento, Arturo Bazald\u00faa Guardiola expuso que a solicitud de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y con el prop\u00f3sito de contribuir a respaldar la econom\u00eda de las familias tampique\u00f1as e incentivar el cumplimiento de sus contribuciones fiscales, durante el mes de febrero se propone aplicar el citado descuento.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Se establece un descuento del 10% en el cobro del impuesto predial correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2020, condicionado a que los contribuyentes beneficiados con este descuento se encuentren sin adeudo de ejercicios anteriores; lo anterior de acuerdo a lo consagrado en el art\u00edculo 79 de la Ley de Ingresos para el municipio de Tampico” explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, el Cabildo en pleno autoriz\u00f3 brindar un descuento del 50% en el pago de los derechos en situaci\u00f3n de rezago que enfrentan los locatarios de los mercados Del Norte y Madero; as\u00ed como a los comerciantes establecidos en las bajadas de la calle Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n y el Barranco de los Alemanes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Se acord\u00f3 que este beneficio tendr\u00e1 una vigencia del uno de febrero al 30 de marzo de 2020.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
