{"id":2069,"date":"2020-01-24T17:58:12","date_gmt":"2020-01-24T23:58:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=2069"},"modified":"2020-01-24T17:59:18","modified_gmt":"2020-01-24T23:59:18","slug":"aprueba-ayuntamiento-de-altamira-inicio-de-trabajos-para-integrar-comite-de-archivo-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/24\/aprueba-ayuntamiento-de-altamira-inicio-de-trabajos-para-integrar-comite-de-archivo-municipal\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALTAMIRA INICIO DE TRABAJOS PARA INTEGRAR COMIT\u00c9 DE ARCHIVO MUNICIPAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*AUTORIZADO EN SESI\u00d3N DE CABILDO, EN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA LEY GENERAL DE ARCHIVOS<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la vig\u00e9sima octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de cabildo, encabezada por la alcaldesa Alma Laura Ampar\u00e1n Cruz, se aprob\u00f3 de manera un\u00e1nime el inicio de los trabajos para la integraci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Archivo Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto compareci\u00f3 la encargada del Archivo Municipal, Griselda S\u00e1nchez Hern\u00e1ndez, quien detall\u00f3 que el consejo antes mencionado permitir\u00e1 al municipio dar puntual cumplimiento a la Ley General de Archivos en la que se establecen los principios y bases generales para la organizaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea de los archivos en posesi\u00f3n de cualquier autoridad, entidad, \u00f3rgano u organismo de los poderes ejecutivo, legislativo o judicial.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2071\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/laura-16-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"925\" height=\"521\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de determinar las bases de organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Archivos, y fomentar el resguardo, difusi\u00f3n y acceso p\u00fablico de archivos privados de relevancia hist\u00f3rica, social, cultural, cient\u00edfica y t\u00e9cnica de la naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 de Archivo Municipal estar\u00e1 integrado por un grupo interdisciplinario conformado por los titulares del \u00e1rea Jur\u00eddica, Planeaci\u00f3n y\/o mejora continua, Coordinaci\u00f3n de archivos, Unidad de Transparencia, \u00d3rgano interno de control, adem\u00e1s de las \u00e1reas o unidades administrativas productoras de la documentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed como el Gobierno Municipal de Altamira reconoce que los derechos humanos de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y de protecci\u00f3n de datos personales no pueden ser ejercidos ni garantizados sin la adecuada gesti\u00f3n documental y conservaci\u00f3n de archivos, garantizando el derecho a la verdad y a la memoria mediante la conservaci\u00f3n de los archivos donde se refleja el ejercicio de facultades, competencias, y funciones de cualquier tipo de autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*AUTORIZADO EN SESI\u00d3N DE CABILDO, EN CUMPLIMIENTO A LA LEY GENERAL DE ARCHIVOS &nbsp;
