Madero, Tamaulipas.- Una promotora de la Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar Social Federal en la zona sur de Tamaulipas, realiz\u00f3 una denuncia p\u00fablica en contra de la subdelegada de programas federales Elizabeth Cruz Hern\u00e1ndez, por despido injustificado y presuntos malos manejos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Susana Mar\u00edn Mart\u00ednez promotora UBA de la dependencia federal, a trav\u00e9s de una transmisi\u00f3n realizada en sus redes sociales, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde hace algunos d\u00edas fue asignada a realizar trabajo con adultos mayores en la Unidad Deportiva de Ciudad Madero, donde se lleva a cabo la entrega de \u00f3rdenes de pago, pero este jueves le fue notificado a trav\u00e9s de una compa\u00f1era de trabajo, que ya no se presentar\u00e1 a laborar, esto por instrucciones de la subdelegada Elizabeth Cruz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso que solo eso se le comunic\u00f3 y no se le dio una justificaci\u00f3n de la baja, por lo que pidi\u00f3 a la funcionar\u00eda federal una explicaci\u00f3n, pero asegur\u00f3, que Elizabeth Cruz le contest\u00f3 de una forma grosera y prepotente, dici\u00e9ndole via telef\u00f3nica a gritos, que no ten\u00eda tiempo para atenderla.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Indic\u00f3 que desde hace un tiempo tiene ciertas diferencias con la subdelegada de programas federales en la zona sur, debido a que manda a las promotoras y promotores a diversos puntos, incluidos los ejidos de Altamira, a realizar acciones desde muy temprana hora, sin vi\u00e1ticos, ni transportaci\u00f3n, cuestion\u00e1ndole este hecho, lo que caus\u00f3 la molestia de la subdelegada quien al parecer, le dijo que tendr\u00eda que solventar sus gastos y si no pod\u00eda que renunciara.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Solicit\u00e9 me hiciera visita la subdelegada al \u00e1rea de trabajo y lo planteara personalmente y de igual forma me entregase la baja, a la cual no creo ser merecedora, pues mi contrato marca atender a las grupos prioritarios que son los tan apreciados Adultos Mayores, m\u00e1s sin embargo fui solicitada a desempe\u00f1ar funciones como mis compa\u00f1eros Servidores de la Naci\u00f3n, a lo cual siempre acept\u00e9&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asegur\u00f3 que desde el mes de enero los tienen trabajando en las brigadas anticovid, cubriendo dobles turnos y sin pagos extra, vi\u00e1ticos o apoyo de alg\u00fan tipo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Expuso Susana Mar\u00edn, que tanto ella como sus dem\u00e1s compa\u00f1eros promotores, han sufrido de afectaciones en su salud debido a la carga de trabajo que les hacen y no cuentan con un servicio m\u00e9dico, por lo que ellos deben solventar todos sus gastos, a pesar del bajo salario que perciben.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que Elizabeth Cruz, presuntamente siempre los ha tratado a gritos, de una forma grosera, prepotente, d\u00e9spota y abusando de su cargo, adem\u00e1s que se\u00f1al\u00f3, se tienen varios casos de cheques para abuelitos cobrados y cuyo dinero no ha llegado a las manos de los beneficiarios, lo mismo que presuntamente ocurre con otros programas que se entregan en la zona ejidal de Altamira.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Acaso es justo que ella tenga aqu\u00ed cobrando a sus familiares,\u00a0 es justo que esas personas no se presenten a trabajar como todos nosotros, es una pregunta que mil personas se hacen, como es posible que aparezca giros de adultos mayores cobrados, siendo que los abuelitos han dicho jam\u00e1s me lo han dado nada, hay muchas cosas, son muchos movimientos que han sucedido en esta secretar\u00eda que maneja la subdelegada Elizabeth Cruz Hern\u00e1ndez&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
