Madero, Tamaulipas.- El d\u00eda 9 de enero, el Tribunal Laboral para los Trabajadores Municipales, dict\u00f3 un laudo contra el municipio de Ciudad Madero, derivado de una demanda interpuesta por Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores al Servicio del Ayuntamiento, por la falta de entrega de diversas prestaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El director jur\u00eddico en el municipio, Alfredo Campos Mart\u00ednez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el d\u00eda 13 de enero, se le notific\u00f3, que existe un laudo en contra del municipio en el que se reclama una cantidad superior a los 30 millones de pesos, por lo que se interpondr\u00e1 un amparo por parte del ayuntamiento para tratar de revertir esta determinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que est\u00e1n en el an\u00e1lisis del laudo, por lo que se impugnar\u00e1 el mismo, pues consideran que se puede revertir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1778\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/deuda-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1047\" height=\"785\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ese laudo obedece a una supuestas violaciones en las administraciones del 2010 y 2011, al parecer, si no mal recuerdo, es la administraci\u00f3n de Turrubiates y Esdras Romero, esas supuestas violaciones fueron motivo de una demanda laboral y posteriomente despues de pasar por varias instancias y procedimientos, productos de amparos promovidos por las partes, este nueve de enero se dicta un laudo en el que se condena al municipio a un pago de una cantidad superior a los 30 millones de pesos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que siempre han sido muy respetuosos del contrato colectivo con el gremio, por lo que las violaciones se\u00f1aladas no son originadas por la actual administraci\u00f3n, debido a que el municipio ha trabajado conforme a la ley y est\u00e1n recibiendo una condena por hechos de administraciones anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Campos Martines, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la materia de la demanda del SUTSHA contra el ayuntamiento es por el incumplimiento de prestaciones, que va desde uniformes, herramientas, plazas, bonos de productividad, fondo de ahorro, cuotas sindicales, entre otras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Municipio Tendr\u00eda Que Pagar 30 Millones De Pesos. &nbsp; Cd.
