{"id":17596,"date":"2021-04-21T20:03:45","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T02:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=17596"},"modified":"2021-04-21T20:03:45","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T02:03:45","slug":"presentan-reforma-que-incluye-a-tamaulipas-en-el-esfuerzo-internacional-por-el-cuidado-al-medio-ambiente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/21\/presentan-reforma-que-incluye-a-tamaulipas-en-el-esfuerzo-internacional-por-el-cuidado-al-medio-ambiente\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN REFORMA QUE INCLUYE A TAMAULIPAS EN EL ESFUERZO INTERNACIONAL POR EL CUIDADO AL MEDIO AMBIENTE."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En representaci\u00f3n del grupo parlamentario del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional en el Congreso del Estado, el Diputado local por el Distrito 21 de Tampico, Mon Mar\u00f3n, present\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la iniciativa para adicionar y modificar art\u00edculos de la Ley del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico en el Estado de Tamaulipas. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El legislador asegur\u00f3 que la iniciativa propuesta por el grupo parlamentario del PAN permitir\u00e1 que la entidad participe del esfuerzo internacional por frenar el cambio clim\u00e1tico y asegurar el futuro de las nuevas generaciones.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Reconoci\u00f3 que desde hace a\u00f1os hay un compromiso internacional por frenar el calentamiento global y el cambio clim\u00e1tico y record\u00f3 que desde 2015 M\u00e9xico forma parte del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds, un instrumento internacional que compromete a sus firmantes a reducir la generaci\u00f3n de contaminantes y proteger el medio ambiente. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En este sentido, agreg\u00f3 que, para cumplir con las obligaciones de M\u00e9xico, es necesario que la legislaci\u00f3n de Tamaulipas est\u00e9 armonizada con respecto a la legislaci\u00f3n federal y los acuerdos internacionales que comprometan al pa\u00eds. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La iniciativa que se present\u00f3 contempla la inclusi\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds, como uno de los ejes rectores de la pol\u00edtica ambiental de Tamaulipas, as\u00ed como el acceso a recursos financieros y tecnol\u00f3gicos que le permitan al Estado cumplir con sus obligaciones medioambientales. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Esta reforma, dijo, beneficiar\u00eda a todas y todos lo tamaulipecos e invit\u00f3 a sus compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros legisladores a votar a favor de la propuesta, ya que garantiza el acceso a los recursos naturales y una vida libre de contaminaci\u00f3n en el futuro pr\u00f3ximo. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSi esta reforma se aprueba, estaremos trabajando por el bienestar de las y los tamaulipecos de hoy y de ma\u00f1ana.
