{"id":17424,"date":"2021-04-16T16:11:59","date_gmt":"2021-04-16T22:11:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=17424"},"modified":"2021-04-16T16:11:59","modified_gmt":"2021-04-16T22:11:59","slug":"adrian-oseguera-se-separa-del-cargo-hasta-mayo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/16\/adrian-oseguera-se-separa-del-cargo-hasta-mayo\/","title":{"rendered":"ADRI\u00c1N OSEGUERA SE SEPARA DEL CARGO HASTA MAYO."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Acorde a lo establecido con el C\u00f3digo Municipal del Estado de Tamaulipas, la Ley Electoral y la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, fue aprobado por el Cabildo maderense, la licencia temporal justificada del alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion para separarse de su cargo del 19 de abril al 13 de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lo anterior obedece a la plena aspiraci\u00f3n del Presidente Municipal para ejercer sus derechos pol\u00edticos y contender en la elecci\u00f3n de la alcald\u00eda de Ciudad Madero en el proceso electoral 2020-2021.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En este sentido, cabe mencionar que fue designado durante esta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo n\u00famero 417, el cuarto regidor Armando Mar Sobrevilla para suplir dicha licencia temporal justificada por el periodo anteriormente se\u00f1alado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Puntualizaron autoridades municipales que con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, se proceder\u00e1 a desarrollar con equidad y conforme a la ley, las actividades concernientes a la campa\u00f1a electoral en la urbe petrolera.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acorde a lo establecido con el C\u00f3digo Municipal del Estado de Tamaulipas, la Ley Electoral y la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":17425,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17424","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
