{"id":16301,"date":"2021-03-13T14:33:32","date_gmt":"2021-03-13T20:33:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=16301"},"modified":"2021-03-13T14:33:32","modified_gmt":"2021-03-13T20:33:32","slug":"el-ine-fortalece-los-mecanismos-de-fiscalizacion-y-rendicion-de-cuentas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/13\/el-ine-fortalece-los-mecanismos-de-fiscalizacion-y-rendicion-de-cuentas\/","title":{"rendered":"EL INE FORTALECE LOS MECANISMOS DE FISCALIZACI\u00d3N Y RENDICI\u00d3N DE CUENTAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La Vocal Ejecutiva del INE en Tampico indic\u00f3 que uno de los mayores retos en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n descansa en la oportuna identificaci\u00f3n y combate del financiamiento il\u00edcito que pueda viciar la legitimidad de los procesos electorales, ya sea mediante el desv\u00edo de recursos p\u00fablicos con fines electorales, o bien, el financiamiento proveniente de grupos delictivos o la triangulaci\u00f3n de recursos que aporten entes no permitidos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Adem\u00e1s, indic\u00f3 que desde el pasado mes de agosto, el INE estableci\u00f3 lineamientos claros y precisos para la regulaci\u00f3n rigurosa de las campa\u00f1as electorales, un ejemplo es que la plataforma de Facebook contar\u00e1 con mayores controles para su vigilancia, lo que permitir\u00e1 facilitar la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de recursos. Esto forma parte de la nueva rendici\u00f3n de cuentas sobre la contrataci\u00f3n de propaganda en este ciberespacio, haciendo obligatorio el uso de una funci\u00f3n de transparencia para publicidad pol\u00edtica y electoral, para conocer qui\u00e9n paga los anuncios pol\u00edticos dentro de esta red social, y en su caso el monto devengado. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Espinoza Hern\u00e1ndez\u00a0 se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la efectividad de los mecanismos de prevenci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo puede garantizarse mediante el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y la permanente colaboraci\u00f3n entre autoridades, como es el caso de la Procuradur\u00eda Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, que contribuye al fortalecimiento de los mecanismos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La tarea de fiscalizaci\u00f3n del origen y destino de los recursos que se utilizan en las campa\u00f1as electorales s\u00f3lo pueden realizarse si el INE accede a la informaci\u00f3n que le proporcionan otras instituciones del Estado mexicano entre ellas la Procuradur\u00eda Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La Vocal Ejecutiva puntualiz\u00f3 que el 4 de abril inician las campa\u00f1as pol\u00edticas, por lo que estos mecanismos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1n establecer mayores controles que en anteriores procesos electorales.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Vocal Ejecutiva del INE en Tampico indic\u00f3 que uno de los mayores retos en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n descansa en&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":16302,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16301","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tampico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
