Jos\u00e9 Marcos Hern\u00e1ndez Torres, en sustituci\u00f3n del C.P. Carlo Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Portes, quien presentara su renuncia en d\u00edas pasados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lo anterior de acuerdo al Art\u00edculo 55 fracci\u00f3n VII y Art\u00edculo 69 del C\u00f3digo Municipal para el Estado de Tamaulipas, present\u00e1ndose en la terna tambi\u00e9n a los contadores Evaristo Mu\u00f1oz Torres y Jes\u00fas Emanuel Garc\u00eda Romero.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En ese contexto, el alcalde maderense exhort\u00f3 a quien a partir de ahora asume dicho cargo a desempe\u00f1ar con responsabilidad y honestidad la nueva encomienda, a fin de continuar con el buen manejo de las finanzas p\u00fablicas y el plan de austeridad que ha distinguido a la actual administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n que el C.P.
