Mac\u00edas\u201d, Encabezando El Evento La Presidenta Del DIF Altamira, Alma Laura Hern\u00e1ndez Ampar\u00e1n.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, el Gobierno Municipal de Altamira y el Sistema DIF Altamira presentaron dos interesantes conferencias relacionadas con esa importante fecha, que fueron expuestas por las licenciadas Eva Laura Castilleja Rodr\u00edguez y Silvia Luz R\u00e1bago Castro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El evento, efectuado en el sal\u00f3n de actos \u201cJuan S. Mac\u00edas\u201d de la biblioteca municipal, fue encabezado por la presidenta del Sistema DIF Altamira, Lic. Alma Laura Hern\u00e1ndez Ampar\u00e1n, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada de la subdirectora de Atenci\u00f3n a la Mujer, Beatriz G\u00f3mez Mart\u00ednez.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En su intervenci\u00f3n, Hern\u00e1ndez Ampar\u00e1n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el organismo que preside tiene como misi\u00f3n y compromiso social apoyar como nunca a las mujeres altamirenses, por lo que conjuntamente con el Gobierno Municipal hacen posibles acciones formativas con especialistas reconocidos en la materia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Propiciando tambi\u00e9n la activaci\u00f3n de \u201cEl Cami\u00f3n de la Salud\u201d, cuyo principal objetivo es precisamente acercar la salud a todas las colonias, ejidos y comunidades del municipio para brindarles una atenci\u00f3n profesional directa, con calidad y calidez humana que beneficie a todas las mujeres.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCon El Cami\u00f3n de la Salud estaremos visitando varios sectores como Monte Alto, Arboledas, San Jacinto, Santa M\u00f3nica, y cada rinc\u00f3n del municipio\u2019\u2019, expres\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asever\u00f3 que el D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer es una fecha para concientizar a la poblaci\u00f3n en general, a los gobiernos y estados, sobre la relevancia de atender, servir, y proteger los derechos de quienes diariamente contribuyen al desarrollo y progreso de sus comunidades.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En ese sentido, dijo que las mujeres son quienes representan la lucha, el amor y la dedicaci\u00f3n para sus familias, por lo que \u201cnuestro compromiso seguir\u00e1 siendo a favor del bien com\u00fan para que juntas, continuemos avanzando y construyendo la grandeza de la ciudad y puerto de Altamira\u2019\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Alma Laura Hern\u00e1ndez destac\u00f3 el papel de la mujer altamirense en nuestra sociedad, que la ha inspirado a continuar trabajando d\u00eda con d\u00eda para lograr un mejor presente y futuro para Tamaulipas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Las expositoras Eva Laura Castilleja y Silvia Luz R\u00e1bago hablaron sobre las mujeres l\u00edderes y las que han ca\u00eddo en la defensa de los derechos, as\u00ed como la meditaci\u00f3n \u201cMindfulness\u2019\u2019, que significa atenci\u00f3n plena y que es un conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas para entrenar la mente a fin de estar consciente, presente y sin juicio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por su participaci\u00f3n en las actividades conmemorativas del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, la presidenta del Sistema DIF Altamira, Lic.
