{"id":14406,"date":"2021-01-11T21:30:42","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T03:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=14406"},"modified":"2021-01-11T21:30:42","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T03:30:42","slug":"favorable-respuesta-al-pago-del-impuesto-predial-en-altamira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2021\/01\/11\/favorable-respuesta-al-pago-del-impuesto-predial-en-altamira\/","title":{"rendered":"FAVORABLE RESPUESTA AL PAGO DEL IMPUESTO PREDIAL EN ALTAMIRA."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em>*Gobierno Municipal Ofrece A Contribuyentes, Durante Los Meses De Enero Y Febrero, Un Descuento Del 15 Por Ciento, Y De Un 8 Por Ciento En Los Meses De Marzo Y Abril.<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El Ayuntamiento de Altamira lleva a cabo con buena respuesta el cobro del impuesto predial correspondiente a este a\u00f1o, que por acuerdo de cabildo, est\u00e1 ofreciendo a los contribuyentes puntuales un descuento del 15 por ciento por pronto pago durante los meses de enero y febrero, as\u00ed como un 8 por ciento de descuento en los meses de marzo y abril.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De igual manera, con autorizaci\u00f3n del colegiado, se maneja un 100 por ciento de descuento en recargos, gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n y cobranza de ejercicios fiscales anteriores con vigencia del 1 al 31 de enero.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El pago del predial se puede efectuar en el \u00e1rea de ingresos del Palacio Municipal, en el complejo administrativo La Retama, as\u00ed como en las delegaciones municipales ubicadas en Villa Cuauht\u00e9moc y en el sector Miramar, cont\u00e1ndose hasta el momento, pese a las condiciones del clima, con una buena respuesta por parte de los causantes y cumpliendo con los protocolos correspondientes de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud para evitar contagios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Buscando favorecer la econom\u00eda familiar, el Gobierno Municipal de Altamira, que preside la alcaldesa Alma Laura Ampar\u00e1n Cruz, no aplic\u00f3 incrementos a las tasas y tarifas del predial, ni tampoco aprob\u00f3 nuevos impuestos, por lo que se invita a los contribuyentes a aprovechar estas atractivas bonificaciones y cumplan de manera oportuna con el pago del predial.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lo recaudado posteriormente se aplicar\u00e1 en la realizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s obras de beneficio colectivo en todo el municipio para mejorar la calidad de vida de un mayor n\u00famero de familias altamirenses.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Gobierno Municipal Ofrece A Contribuyentes, Durante Los Meses De Enero Y Febrero, Un Descuento Del 15 Por Ciento, Y De&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":14407,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14406","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
