{"id":13944,"date":"2020-12-23T14:11:09","date_gmt":"2020-12-23T20:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=13944"},"modified":"2020-12-23T14:11:09","modified_gmt":"2020-12-23T20:11:09","slug":"sigue-cumpliendo-chucho-nader-con-mas-obras-de-pavimentacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/23\/sigue-cumpliendo-chucho-nader-con-mas-obras-de-pavimentacion\/","title":{"rendered":"SIGUE CUMPLIENDO CHUCHO NADER CON M\u00c1S OBRAS DE PAVIMENTACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em>*Inaugura Moderna Vialidad En La Colonia Esfuerzo Obrero.<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El Presidente municipal Chucho Nader inaugur\u00f3 este d\u00eda la pavimentaci\u00f3n a base de concreto hidr\u00e1ulico de la calle Juan de la Barrera entre \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n y Emiliano Zapata de la colonia Esfuerzo Obrero, donde se destin\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n cercana a los dos millones 150 mil pesos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El jefe de la comuna acompa\u00f1ado de los Regidores Nora G\u00f3mez Gonz\u00e1lez y Alberto S\u00e1nchez Neri, as\u00ed como del titular de Obras P\u00fablicas, Pedro Pablo Rangel Cerrillo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante d\u00e9cadas la citada arteria permaneci\u00f3 en el abandono por parte de las anteriores administraciones, lo que gener\u00f3 un grave rezago en todo este sector.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nos da mucho gusto estar este d\u00eda en la colonia Esfuerzo Obrero para entregar una obra m\u00e1s que vendr\u00e1 a transformar la imagen de este sector, pero sobre todo vendr\u00e1 a elevar la calidad de vida de todas las familias. Esta vialidad durante muchos a\u00f1os permaneci\u00f3 en el olvido, sin embargo hoy damos cumplimiento a nuestro compromiso de disminuir el rezago que existe en materia de pavimentaci\u00f3n en todo el municipio&#8221;, asegur\u00f3.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Chucho Nader explic\u00f3 que la obra incluy\u00f3 la pavimentaci\u00f3n a base de concreto hidr\u00e1ulico en una superficie de 918 metros cuadrados y una longitud de 120 metros lineales; donde se efectu\u00f3 adem\u00e1s, la reposici\u00f3n integral de las redes de agua potable y drenaje sanitario; construcci\u00f3n de guarniciones, rampas y banquetas; e instalaci\u00f3n de alumbrado p\u00fablico, entre otros trabajos complementarios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El mandatario destac\u00f3 que las obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n transforman la imagen urbana de las comunidades, elevan el valor patrimonial de las viviendas; mejoran la conectividad; brindan mayor seguridad a las familias y permiten el acceso de los diferentes servicios p\u00fablicos; garantizando as\u00ed mayor bienestar para toda la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Subray\u00f3 que el manejo correcto de las finanzas ha permitido avanzar con mayor certidumbre en el mejoramiento urbano de la ciudad y record\u00f3 que en fecha reciente, el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia apertur\u00f3 en el sitio, una nueva Casa Club del Adulto Activo, lo que, dijo, &#8220;viene a eleva a\u00fan m\u00e1s la calidad de vida de todos los colonos&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Inaugura Moderna Vialidad En La Colonia Esfuerzo Obrero. &nbsp;
