Esteban Fuentes Salazar, presidente del Consejo Directivo de la Benem\u00e9rita Instituci\u00f3n, platic\u00f3 que el rubro del combustible es uno de los consumos importantes que causa un desequilibrio en las finanzas, as\u00ed como otras cuestiones no programadas que\u00a0 a partir del pasado mes de\u00a0 marzo, ha erogado en gastos de operaci\u00f3n la cruz roja.<\/em><\/p>\n
