{"id":13036,"date":"2020-11-27T18:55:02","date_gmt":"2020-11-28T00:55:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=13036"},"modified":"2020-11-27T18:55:02","modified_gmt":"2020-11-28T00:55:02","slug":"recomienda-salud-proteger-a-ninos-y-adultos-mayores-por-frente-frio-17","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/27\/recomienda-salud-proteger-a-ninos-y-adultos-mayores-por-frente-frio-17\/","title":{"rendered":"RECOMIENDA SALUD PROTEGER A NI\u00d1OS Y ADULTOS MAYORES POR FRENTE FR\u00cdO 17"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>CIUDAD VICTORIA, Tamaulipas.- Ante el pron\u00f3stico de un nuevo frente fr\u00edo que provocar\u00e1 un marcado descenso de la temperatura en territorio tamaulipeco a partir de este s\u00e1bado, la secretaria de Salud, Gloria Molina Gamboa exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a protegerse adecuadamente en especial a ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pidi\u00f3 evitar cambios bruscos de temperatura, no permanecer mucho tiempo con ropa mojada en caso de lluvia y utilizar ropa abrigadora ya que las temperaturas m\u00e1s bajas se esperan durante las ma\u00f1anas y noches de domingo y lunes pr\u00f3ximos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Destac\u00f3 la importancia de aprender a conocer los signos y se\u00f1ales de alarma de las infecciones respiratorias agudas, principalmente en menores de cinco a\u00f1os como son fiebre que no cede, dificultad para respirar, tos, ronquera, fiebre, escurrimiento nasal, para acudir de inmediato a su unidad de salud, ya que la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica tard\u00eda puede derivar en complicaciones graves.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La titular de la SST recomend\u00f3 lavarse las manos frecuentemente, completar el esquema de vacunaci\u00f3n, consumir alimentos ricos en vitaminas A y C, evitar el contacto con personas enfermas de las v\u00edas respiratorias y utilizar cubrebocas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Insisti\u00f3 en vacunarse contra la influenza si se encuentran entre los siguientes grupos de poblaci\u00f3n: menores de 6 a 59 meses y adultos mayores de 60 a\u00f1os de edad, mujeres embarazadas, personas con diabetes no controlada, problemas renales cr\u00f3nicos, obesidad grave, enfermedades respiratorias o del coraz\u00f3n, c\u00e1ncer, y VIH principalmente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finalmente, Molina Gamboa pidi\u00f3 extremar precauciones contra las enfermedades asociadas al fr\u00edo y no bajar la guardia con el COVID-19 ni la influenza, ya que en casos graves pueden ocasionar defunciones en personas vulnerables.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD VICTORIA, Tamaulipas.- Ante el pron\u00f3stico de un nuevo frente fr\u00edo que provocar\u00e1 un marcado descenso de la temperatura en&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13036","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-tamaulipas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
