Las Transferencias Al Presupuesto De Egresos Del Ejercicio Fiscal 2019, Y El Cierre Del Ejercicio De Obra P\u00fablica 2019<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa de la presidenta municipal Alma Laura Ampar\u00e1n Cruz en apoyo a la econom\u00eda familiar y ante la favorable respuesta que se ha obtenido, en la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de cabildo n\u00famero 26 se aprob\u00f3 de manera un\u00e1nime ofrecer un 100 por ciento de descuento en recargos, gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n y cobranza a los contribuyentes que cuenten con adeudo del impuesto predial de ejercicios anteriores, teniendo como vigencia esa bonificaci\u00f3n del 2 al 31 de enero del 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La junta concejal fue presidida por la alcaldesa Alma Laura Ampar\u00e1n, compareciendo en ese punto el secretario de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n, V\u00edctor Manuel Joffre Mora, quien detall\u00f3 que la condonaci\u00f3n del 100 por ciento aplica a personas f\u00edsicas y morales, as\u00ed como en el caso de terrenos bald\u00edos, y ser\u00e1 adicional al 15 por ciento de descuento por pago oportuno del predial que se mantendr\u00e1 en enero del 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la respuesta de los contribuyentes ha sido muy favorable ya que con los descuentos que se estuvieron ofreciendo se ha logrado recaudar, a la fecha, 71 millones 047 mil 524 pesos por ese concepto, mientras que la cantidad total en el ejercicio fiscal del 2018 fue de 56 millones 584 mil 232 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, los ediles altamirenses aprobaron por unanimidad el cierre del programa FORTAMUN 2019 (Fondo de Aportaciones para el Fortalecimiento de los Municipios) y aplicaci\u00f3n al FORTAMUN 2020, cont\u00e1ndose tambi\u00e9n con la intervenci\u00f3n del secretario de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n, V\u00edctor Joffre, para poder atender rubros como energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica del alumbrado p\u00fablico, proyecto integral de iluminaci\u00f3n, obra p\u00fablica, salarios para personal de seguridad p\u00fablica (elementos de Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad, Bomberos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil) adquisici\u00f3n vehicular y pago de pasivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se autoriz\u00f3 por unanimidad las transferencias al Presupuesto de Egresos del Ejercicio Fiscal 2019, compareciendo en este punto el secretario de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n, V\u00edctor Manuel Joffre Mora, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 que la mayor parte del presupuesto se destina a los renglones de bienestar social, obras p\u00fablicas y servicios p\u00fablicos (71.33%), con un estricto manejo de los recursos en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n de Altamira.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera y en el \u00faltimo punto de la sesi\u00f3n, los ediles aprobaron un\u00e1nimemente el cierre del ejercicio de Obra P\u00fablica 2019, tema donde intervino la secretaria de Obras P\u00fablicas Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente, Patricia Hern\u00e1ndez Reyna quien explic\u00f3 a detalle las diferentes obras de beneficio colectivo que se efectuaron a lo largo de este a\u00f1o para ampliar y modernizar la infraestructura urbana municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Ediles Tambi\u00e9n Aprobaron El Cierre Del Programa FORTAMUN 2019 Y Aplicaci\u00f3n Al FORTAMUN 2020;
