{"id":11828,"date":"2020-10-26T14:15:44","date_gmt":"2020-10-26T20:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=11828"},"modified":"2020-10-26T14:15:44","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T20:15:44","slug":"necesario-que-la-familia-se-encuentre-incluida-en-la-ley-estatal-de-planeacion-rosa-gonzalez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/26\/necesario-que-la-familia-se-encuentre-incluida-en-la-ley-estatal-de-planeacion-rosa-gonzalez\/","title":{"rendered":"NECESARIO QUE LA FAMILIA SE ENCUENTRE INCLUIDA EN LA LEY ESTATAL DE PLANEACI\u00d3N: ROSA GONZ\u00c1LEZ."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*Se\u00f1ala Que Para El PAN, La Protecci\u00f3n A La Familia Y El Ejercicio De Sus Derechos, Es Muy Importante Pues As\u00ed Est\u00e1 Asentado En Sus Principios Doctrinarios Desde Su Fundaci\u00f3n C\u00f3mo Ente Pol\u00edtico.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al ser considerada como uno de los principios en los que la entidad debe basarse para su desarrollo integral, acorde a los fines y objetivos pol\u00edticos, sociales, econ\u00f3micos y culturales, la diputada local por Tampico, Rosa Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga, solicit\u00f3 al congreso, mediante iniciativa, que la familia sea incluida en la ley estatal de planeaci\u00f3n, pues adem\u00e1s de ser la piedra angular de la sociedad, constituye una parte fundamental en el desarrollo del estado<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A nombre del grupo parlamentario del PAN, la secretaria de la comisi\u00f3n de la familia, precis\u00f3 que en el seno familiar es donde el tamaulipeco adquiere los primeros valores y conocimientos, y por tal motivo &#8220;la familia es la base para el desarrollo y progreso de la sociedad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manifest\u00f3, que la constituci\u00f3n federal advierte de manera muy clara que la entidad debe salvaguardar la integridad, organizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del n\u00facleo familiar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y esto quiere decir que deber\u00e1 proporcionar los mecanismos necesarios para que todas las familias gocen plenamente de sus derechos y logren su bienestar&#8221;, asever\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez, apunt\u00f3 que en esta ley, las familias de Tamaulipas deben ser consideradas uno de los pilares que sustenta a la entidad, y por supuesto inspiradora de sus pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El estado, adem\u00e1s de tener el compromiso de proteger a las familias, tambi\u00e9n debe incluirlas como uno de los principios a considerar, al momento de dise\u00f1ar y ejecutar los programas y acciones inmersos en el plan estatal de desarrollo&#8230;las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas del plan estatal de desarrollo deben buscar proteger, fomentar y promover a la familia&#8221;, remarc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La legisladora porte\u00f1a, puntualiz\u00f3 que la iniciativa de ley presentada en el pleno debe impactar en todos los sectores de la sociedad, pues adem\u00e1s para el PAN.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La protecci\u00f3n de la familia y el ejercicio de sus derechos es una prioridad en la que perseveramos desde el momento de la fundaci\u00f3n de nuestro partido pol\u00edtico, al ser incluida en sus principios de doctrina&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la diputada local por el distrito 22, dej\u00f3 en claro que el gobierno del estado ha sido atento a las necesidades de las familias de Tamaulipas en todos los aspectos, sin embargo es necesario establecer que este criterio sea obligatorio y quedar asentado en el marco jur\u00eddico local.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Se\u00f1ala Que Para El PAN, La Protecci\u00f3n A La Familia Y El Ejercicio De Sus Derechos, Es Muy Importante Pues&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11828","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-tamaulipas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
