{"id":11485,"date":"2020-10-16T17:35:40","date_gmt":"2020-10-16T23:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=11485"},"modified":"2020-10-16T17:35:40","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T23:35:40","slug":"cabildo-autoriza-condonar-pago-de-permisos-de-demolicion-de-estructuras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/16\/cabildo-autoriza-condonar-pago-de-permisos-de-demolicion-de-estructuras\/","title":{"rendered":"CABILDO AUTORIZA CONDONAR PAGO DE PERMISOS DE DEMOLICI\u00d3N DE ESTRUCTURAS."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*Con El Fin De Prevenir Lamentables Accidentes.<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Presidente Municipal de Tampico Jes\u00fas Nader Nasrallah dio a conocer que a fin de poner orden y sobre todo evitar lamentables incidentes por falta de manteamiento de\u00a0 marquesinas en mal estado, se ha determinado condonar el pago en los permisos de demolici\u00f3n de las estructuras, que se encuentran en el cat\u00e1logo emitido por la comisi\u00f3n de evaluaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que mediante una supervisi\u00f3n detallada del primer y segundo cuadro de la ciudad, se cuentan con un total de 50 marquesinas o estructuras en calidad de trabajo urgente en sus edificaciones, 107 con detalles de restauraci\u00f3n y 271 para mantenimiento b\u00e1sico, mismas que se emitir\u00e1 un aviso a sus propietarios para que cumplan con el trabajo que se les indica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad agreg\u00f3 que no se descarta las sanciones administrativas para los due\u00f1os de los inmuebles que hagan caso omiso a este llamado formal, todo ello a fin de evitar se registre otra tragedia por tener en el abandono sus propiedades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Con El Fin De Prevenir Lamentables Accidentes. &nbsp;
