{"id":1144,"date":"2019-12-16T19:30:45","date_gmt":"2019-12-17T01:30:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=1144"},"modified":"2019-12-16T19:30:45","modified_gmt":"2019-12-17T01:30:45","slug":"anuncia-chucho-nader-descuentos-en-el-pago-del-impuesto-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2019\/12\/16\/anuncia-chucho-nader-descuentos-en-el-pago-del-impuesto-predial\/","title":{"rendered":"ANUNCIA CHUCHO NADER DESCUENTOS EN EL PAGO DEL IMPUESTO PREDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em><strong>*Cabildo Aprueba El 15% De Bonificaci\u00f3n Durante El Mes De Enero De 2020<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al celebrar la cuadrag\u00e9sima primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo, encabezada por el Presidente Municipal Chucho Nader, S\u00edndicos y Regidores del Ayuntamiento de Tampico aprobaron la aplicaci\u00f3n de un 15% de bonificaci\u00f3n en el pago del impuesto predial\u00a0 aplicable al mes de enero de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La medida tiene la finalidad de contribuir a la econom\u00eda de las familias tampique\u00f1as e incentivar la recaudaci\u00f3n fiscal, con el prop\u00f3sito de obtener recursos para optimizar los servicios p\u00fablicos y ejecutar nuevas obras de beneficio social.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Correspondi\u00f3 al Secretario General del Gobierno local, Arturo Bazald\u00faa Guardiola, explicar que la solicitud de esta bonificaci\u00f3n fue presentada por la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y forma parte de los est\u00edmulos que el Ayuntamiento ofrece a los contribuyentes para facilitar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones fiscales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1146\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/cabildo-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Recalc\u00f3 que la bonificaci\u00f3n del 15% tendr\u00e1 vigencia del 1 al 31 de enero del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, S\u00edndicos y Regidores aprobaron un 50% de descuento en el pago del derecho mensual en condici\u00f3n de rezago que en este rubro presentan los locatarios de los mercados temporales, tablitas, gastron\u00f3mico, Benito Ju\u00e1rez y Miguel Hidalgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El descuento aplica\u00a0 exclusivamente en los pagos que se encuentren en situaci\u00f3n de rezago y tendr\u00e1 una vigencia del lunes 16 de diciembre al s\u00e1bado 29 de febrero de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Cabildo Aprueba El 15% De Bonificaci\u00f3n Durante El Mes De Enero De 2020 &nbsp;
