Varios deportistas llegaban a entrenar cuatro horas diarias en el Polideportivo Tampico perfeccionando sus t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hoy, las 15 disciplinas que recibieron luz verde para volver, lo hacen siguiendo estrictos protocolos de salubridad impuestos por las autoridades. Se trabaja con grupos reducidos para evitar aglomeraciones y posibles contagios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas vi muy contentas, muy emocionadas y con m\u00e1s ganas de entrenar por lo mismo que extra\u00f1aron mucho ahora s\u00ed que regresan con m\u00e1s ganas,\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3 la entrenadora Citlatly Quint\u00e1 de Gimnasia R\u00edtmica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante los 204 d\u00edas que estuvieron en casa no dejaron de entrenar de manera virtual en aspectos de acondicionamiento f\u00edsico, t\u00e9cnica y te\u00f3ricos. Entre sus capacitaciones se destac\u00f3 el apoyo de la T\u00e9cnica Nacional de Gimnasia R\u00edtmica Laura Acosta y entrenamientos con Selecci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los judocas tampique\u00f1os que forman parte de la Selecci\u00f3n TAM pudieron volver al tatami de la UNIDEP Tampico esta semana. El haber entrenado en casa durante la contingencia sanitaria les ha ayudado en regresar de buena forma f\u00edsica a los entrenamientos presenciales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo \u00fanico es que terminan un poco adoloridos al d\u00eda siguiente pero eso se va a ir quitando conforme vaya pasando el tiempo y se ir\u00e1n haciendo m\u00e1s fuertes,\u201d coment\u00f3 el entrenador Eduardo Araujo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para esta fase dos, los atletas de alto rendimiento que vieron cortado su proceso para los Juegos Nacionales CONADE 2020 fueron de los primeros en regresar. Adem\u00e1s de disciplinas de Gimnasia R\u00edtmica y Judo, tambi\u00e9n volvi\u00f3 Karate, Box, Luchas Asociadas, Deporte Adaptado y Nataci\u00f3n que se imparten de manera exclusiva para integrantes de la Selecci\u00f3n TAM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs muy motivante estar en el Polideportivo,\u201d dijo el entrenador de Karate Alfredo Ramos. \u201cRegresamos a una etapa general de preparaci\u00f3n para los siguientes eventos que aunque estemos con competencias de manera virtual no es lo mismo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La reprogramaci\u00f3n de los Juegos Nacionales CONADE sigue pendiente ya que a\u00fan hay estados en los que no se ha permitido el regreso a los entrenamientos. Competencias como el Campeonato Nacional Elite de Gimnasia R\u00edtmica que hab\u00eda sido programado para el mes de mayo en el Polideportivo Tampico tambi\u00e9n tuvo que ser aplazado para el 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los entrenadores han coincidido que lo m\u00e1s importante ahora es recuperar la t\u00e9cnica de los ejercicios que no se hayan podido realizar en casa. Gradualmente conf\u00edan en que sus atletas vuelvan a lucir c\u00f3mo lo hac\u00edan antes del 16 de marzo cu\u00e1ndo cerraron las unidades deportivas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYa me faltaba venir a mi segunda casa para entrenar,\u201d coment\u00f3 la atleta Norma Cobos que en el 2021 tendr\u00e1 posibilidades de integrar la Selecci\u00f3n Nacional. \u201cTengo que seguirle echando ganas para perfeccionar todo.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Los Deportistas Y Entrenadores Cumplen Una Semana De Haber Vuelto A Las Unidades Deportivas De Tampico. &nbsp;
