OPTA CONGRESO POR PILAR G\u00d3MEZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*Diputados Eligen A G\u00f3mez Leal Para Que Culmine El Periodo Municipal Qu\u00e9 Dej\u00f3 Vacante Xicot\u00e9ncatl Gonz\u00e1lez Uresti.<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La diputada local por el distrito 22 de Tampico e integrante de la comisi\u00f3n de gobernaci\u00f3n en el congreso, Rosa Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga, present\u00f3 en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, la terna de prospectos para elegir al alcalde sustituto de ciudad victoria, pues mediante votaci\u00f3n los legisladores decidieron nombrar a Maria del Pilar G\u00f3mez Leal, quien tomar\u00e1 las riendas del municipio y capital del estado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante una sesi\u00f3n ordinaria celebrada la noche de \u00e9ste viernes en el congreso, con veintitr\u00e9s votos a favor, la ahora alcaldesa de victoria fue electa, luego de que la diputada local porte\u00f1a se encargara de dar los pormenores, en el pleno, del an\u00e1lisis que llev\u00f3 a cabo la comisi\u00f3n de gobernaci\u00f3n de todos los requisitos legales presentados por los tres aspirantes a ocupar dicho cargo p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en tribuna, la congresista por Tampico fue enf\u00e1tica en se\u00f1alar que era &#8220;urgente&#8221; atender la designaci\u00f3n del presidente municipal sustituto, ya qu\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n participaron Cecilia del Alto L\u00f3pez y Arturo Soto Alem\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pues los ayuntamientos constituyen la primera autoridad, ya que son la autoridad m\u00e1s pr\u00f3xima al gobernado para solventar las necesidades p\u00fablicas de competencia municipal, y son quienes coadyuvan con el resto de los poderes e instituciones del estado, lo cual vuelve trascendente su funci\u00f3n dentro de nuestra sociedad&#8221;, dijo en tribuna<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez, abund\u00f3 que la substituci\u00f3n del presidente municipal deb\u00eda abordarse r\u00e1pidamente &#8220;a fin de satisfacer con certeza, plenitud, efectividad y oportunidad las necesidades primarias inherentes a los ciudadanos y habitantes del municipio de victoria&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Luego de desahogar los primeros puntos de la orden del dia y despu\u00e9s de votar el dictamen en lo general y particular, los congresistas pasaron, uno por uno, a depositar su sufragio frente a la mesa directiva para este periodo ordinario que integran, H\u00e9ctor Escobar, como presidente;
